Just Transition Statement of Intent

Praxis is one of the early adopters of Bristol’s Just Transition Declaration. We have published our statement of intent to commit to a just transition in 2024, and are proud to promote the declaration process and to use the 1 year badge in our branding.

Praxis directors have worked with the co-authors of the Just Transition Declaration as researchers at the University of Bristol, to explore how it can be implemented in Bristol City Leap, and to explore the use of a democratic listening circle on Just Transition. These projects were funded by the University of Bristol Cabot Institute for the Environment and by the University of Bristol Participatory Research Fund, with Caroline Bird.
